Bešamel je základná biela omáčka, z ktorej sa dajú pridaním rôznych surovín pripraviť iné omáčky. Vhodná je aj do lasagní. Spolu s bolonskou mäsovou omáčkou a parmezánom vytvára ideálnu kombináciu.


  • 50g masla
  • 50g hladkej múky
  • 500ml mlieka
  • Soľ
  • Muškátový oriešok mletý
  • Čierne korenie
  • 200g strúhaného parmezánu


  1. Dáme na panvicu rozohriať maslo.

  2. Keď je maslo roztopené, pridáme k nemu múku a premiešame.

  3. Pridáme koreniny – soľ a čierne korenie podľa chuti, s muškátovým orieškom opatrne, má veľmi výraznú vôňu.

  4. Postupne pridávame za stáleho miešania vlažné mlieko.

  5. Pridáme strúhaný parmezán – čím viac, tým lepšie.

  6. Omáčka by mala mať pomerne hustú konzistenciu, asi ako riedky puding.

  7. Ochutnáme a podľa chuti ešte dosolíme alebo dokoreníme.

  8. Takto pripravenú omáčku môžeme použiť spolu s bolonskou omáčkou do lasagní.
